Cute house in North Austin chock full of very nice things. This elderly lady never had children, so all of her treasures are in mint condition. Beautiful antique mahogany furniture including 4 twin Dixie headboards, two dressers with mirrors, two chest of drawers, and nightstand. Also a gorgeous upright vintage Sohmer piano with bench, lawyer's bookcase, maple corner cabinet, vintage leather topped tables, cool vintage ceramic lamps, small chest freezer, vintage metal patio furniture including a table with 4 folding chairs, glider, chaise, vintage plaid hammock, plant holders, planters. There are 4 sets of china including Thomas from Germany, crystal, glassware, vintage books, lots of vintage kitchen items including Pyrex, Melmac, fondue pot, wooden canister set, women's small-medium clothes and lingerie, jewelry, vintage gloves, hankies, purses, 3 Singer sewing machines, vintage and antique embroidered and crochet linens, and table linens.

Also don't miss the garage full of camping stuff, 2 outboard motors, set of tires with rims, fishing equipment including vintage rods and reels, saddle, women's golf equipment,  (112 clubs, some in sets and some antique!), stair stepper, stationary bike, tools, UT stuff, misc. She absolutely loved Christmas, and collected nativity sets, so there are many vintage Christmas items!

Her father owned a pharmacy in Giddings and she herself graduated from the UT Pharmaceutical School, so she had many collectible pieces including a complete set of pharmaceutical china, medical books, scales, bottles, etc.

We also have ash firewood for sale in the backyard -- cheap!
