If you are under a property management contract with us, we do not force you to use us should you decide to sell the property. You can cancel our management agreement at anytime, if you are unhappy with how we are managing your property. We will not nickel & dime you with copy fees, mailing fees, etc. Our fees are based on a percentage of the rents collected. We do not pocket late fees, you will not pay a management fee on a vacant unit, and we do not charge to renew or extend existing leases. All repairs are authorized by you, before they are completed, and we will never mark up the cost of the repair.
