I was highly impressed with the care and concern Lyn and her crew showed in handling all of the items in my mom's house, they sorted, catalogued, washed/dried items and carefully decided which items were salvageable and ready for sale and which items were not (believe me, they were many in both categories!). Not only that, but personal items as photos and letters, were set aside and the staff contacted us to sort these items out ourselves.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lyn and the Transitions team. When I agreed to be the executor of an old friend's estate I had no idea of the task ahead of me. Due to my friend's illness his house had

not been occupied in nearly two years and the contents represented the possessions of two lifetimes, my friend's and that of his mother's. Since I live outside the Austin area in Houston, it was important to have someone in whom I could place my confidence.

Lyn and her team of professionals took on what I considered to be an overwhelming if not impossible undertaking and did a fantastic

job sorting through items, making the house presentable, researching and pricing items, and ultimately having a very successful estate sale. The Transitions Estate Sales team were “Life-Savers”. These were the first words that came to mind when my wife and I sat back with the briefest moment to collect our thoughts after my mom passed away.

We were referred to this team by one of Mom’s friends that was previously a real estate agent. As soon as we met Lyn, we felt like we were reunited with a long-lost friend. She came in and gave us direction when we couldn’t see past our noses with the daunting task of going through a lifetime of collectibles and possessions. Knowing that she and her team were going to arrange everything, and I do mean everything, we could focus our efforts and energy on the legal and funeral arrangements. What made this an even greater challenge was the fact that we lived out of state and couldn’t afford to fly back to Austin every week to take care of these issues ourselves.

Once we had decided on what we wanted to keep, Lyn assured us that her team would take care of the rest, and by viewing the sale photos, that is a great understatement, this team did an amazing job!!! I truly cannot say enough about their service and support. Constant communication from Lyn gave me a great sense of ease and comfort. Their service did not stop once the sale was complete; the remaining items were brought to a consignment shop, brought forward to another sale, or put online for sale. They simply wouldn’t stop working for us and made absolutely every effort to sell everything.
Their service went so far beyond the monetary value of their commission, I am grateful beyond words.

After the passing of my parents, I was overwhelmed with what to do with the lifetime collection of personal and household items. I live out of town and needed to find someone I could trust for help and advice in my absence. Lyn and the Transitions team proved more than capable.

"We are so thankful to Lyn and the Transitions team. They came to us at a time that was very sad and hard for our family. It was after the death of my father-in-law and my husband’s father.

They were so very understanding. They carefully handled everything in such a sensitive and compassionate way. Family members took all the sentimental items/furniture and then we were left with a household full of furniture, cookware, etc. that we had no idea what to do with. We turned it over entirely to Lyn and her crew and they handled everything for us. None of us lived nearby or even wanted to keep any of the items left so for them to come in and sell off literally everything in the house was a huge blessing for us.
